I know George, you are very busy, but .... have just been talking to my sign maker, Peter Baker at Queensland Sign Factory (07 3353 2688). I was enquiring about magnetic signs for my car. His price for exactly the same size as the REIQ are selling i.e. 600mm x 250mm for $189.75 at membership rate, Peter is selling for just $90 per pair. I’m sure they would be a big hit with our members!!!
Also, I use Peter to make my metal photo “For Sale” signs and he even erects them on site and removes them when the sale settles – mine are $185.00 each for the “medium size” 1200m x 1500. Peter does signs for all the major groups and covers quite a wide area. He and his staff are very easy to work with and he runs an excellent operation. I have never had a sign board that was not up to standard in any way and they just look so professional– it’s just one less hassle and I am long past hammering a stake and a piece of corflute into the ground, although he makes these too.
When you have the time George, I think it would be well worth your while to talk to him and negotiate a rate for the group.

We then changed to LJ Hooker and had one of your photographic "For Sale" signs erected. We were impressed that your sign went up on the same day we listed, and that we then saw a big increase in interest in our house. We were albe to finally sell our house and got what we wanted.
